Return & Exchange Policy
At SNÖVA, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day return policy — giving you time to return or exchange your item after receiving it.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To begin your return or exchange, please email us at support@snovastore.com with your reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong colour, we are happy to offer store credit in the form of a SNÖVA digital gift voucher.
Conditions:
- Must be returned within 14-days of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and have all original tags
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once we receive your item, store credit will be issued via email within 7 business days.
Please note: sale items are excluded from this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away at support@snovastore.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items not purchased via snovastore.com
Exchanges
Need a different item?
We recommend placing a new order while your return is being processed. This ensures you don’t miss out while waiting for stock.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the return
- Please allow a few extra days for your bank to reflect the refund
Deductions & Fees
We apply a $10 restocking fee per order, unless the item is returned due to damage or error.
Any fees charged by payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay) will be deducted from the refund amount.
